All product returns and exchanges must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To receive an RMA # email to email@example.com
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., GMT+1 Hour
THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS APPLY TO ALL RETURNS
1) The return must have an RMA# (Return Authorization Number)
2) The return must include a copy of the original invoice.
3) The return must be packaged in an outer carton.
4) The return must have no writing on the product packaging itself.
5) Any returns received without an RMA# will be refused.
6) The return must be made within 30 days of product receipt.
7) Any return/exchange products must be in new, resellable condition, with all boxes, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
8) Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9) The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
10) Shipments that are refused by you, the customer and returned back to RaceME GmbH will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from total credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
